Modern slavery statement

Modern slavery has no place in healthcare. This statement sets out how My Digital Health identifies, assesses, and addresses modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chain.

Reporting period: financial year ending 30 June 2026. Last updated: 16 May 2026

About this statement

Although My Digital Health Pty Ltd does not currently meet the AU$100 million consolidated revenue threshold that triggers a mandatory statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), we publish this voluntary statement as a matter of policy. We believe transparency about modern slavery risk is part of operating an ethical healthcare business.

Our structure and operations

My Digital Health Pty Ltd is the parent of four operating brands delivering clinical care to patients across Australia: My Telehealth Clinic, Script2u, My Clinic, and My Weight Loss Clinic. Our operations are entirely based in Australia. We employ AHPRA-registered clinicians, pharmacists, and support staff, all of whom are engaged under Australian employment law and the relevant modern award or enterprise agreement.

Our supply chain

Our most significant supplier categories are:

  • Healthcare technology providers (electronic health records, telehealth platforms, scheduling software).
  • Pharmacy and medication wholesalers (under TGA-regulated supply chains).
  • Cloud infrastructure and website hosting.
  • Marketing and creative services.
  • Office services and professional advisers.

Modern slavery risks we have identified

We assess our direct operations as low-risk for modern slavery practices, given they are Australia-based, employment-compliant, and concentrated in regulated healthcare roles. Risk is more meaningful in deeper supply tiers, particularly:

  • Hardware and electronics used by clinicians and staff.
  • Cleaning, security and similar outsourced services.
  • Pharmaceutical raw materials originating overseas.

Actions we take

  • Supplier due diligence: Material new suppliers are asked to confirm compliance with modern slavery laws and to share their own statement where applicable.
  • Standard contract terms: Our supplier contracts include warranties around labour standards and the right to terminate for confirmed breach.
  • Staff awareness: Staff with procurement responsibility are briefed on modern slavery indicators and reporting channels.
  • Whistleblower channel: Anyone, internal or external, can report a suspected breach in confidence to ethics@mydigitalhealth.com.au.

Assessing effectiveness

We review this statement annually. Effectiveness is currently measured by supplier responsiveness to our due diligence questions, the absence of credible reports of breach, and ongoing assessment of supply chain composition as the group grows.
